Chef John Giannantonio is our Executive Chef at the Douglasville location. He has accolades such as being on the board of the Culinary Institute of America and also has worked as the executive chef at esteemed 5 Star restaurants in New York. Our first chef ever in the company, Bobby Miller, worked as sous chef in New Orleans famous Brennan’s where he developed a love for cooking creole and cajun cuisine. Bobby’s gumbo for example is an area favorite and sells out regularly, so grab it when you can. We still carry on with his recipes today. Our Staff personally debones all the chicken, ducks and turkeys for the cajun Turduckens a holiday favorite in the stores. All of these items are made from scratch in house. We welcome all of our friends from the gulf coast area to come and enjoy our authentic Cajun and Creole Specialty items.
