We make several different flavors of beef and venison jerky, all in house from scratch in our smokehouse. We use Eye of Round for our Beef Jerky, it is sliced seasoned and vaccum tumbled for flavor throughout the entire piece of jerky. Making jerky is a very labor intense process, which we take no shortcuts, to provide you with the very best jerky you will ever have.
